I know for a fact this is spam as I have given out my cell phone number to only close friends and relatives, my phone area code is from an entirely different area than where this originated from, and I have all but contacts blocked with a call blocking program. In addition, I receive several spam calls from this area which is over 100 miles from my residence, and an area I have never done any business in nor visited. Scam or robo call all the way.
