These people keep calling me about my subscription cancelation. When I question them about it, they hang up on me, or they hang up when my husband answers the phone. I have never order any magazines from the people. I have turned all the information I had on these fake magazine distributors to the Attorney General and Consumer Protection Agency in Washington, DC. So far it looks like nothing has happened on their end, as these companies keep calling people and harassing them for money. This is a new one that is calling now wanting MORE money for something thay you did not purchase in the first place.

This is a magazine subscription call concerning a 24 month subscription that is expiring. We never ordered a magazine, which she couldn't tell me which one, and never received any magazines. She stated she would turn me over to the legal department if I wouldn't pay or renew.

They told me that I owed them $199.00 to cancel a magazine subscription. I told them I wasn't going to pay that and then they said that I would owe the remaining $400.00 on the account so I would owe them $699.00 if I didn't want to pay the $199.00 to cancel the account. I told them I wasn't going to pay any of it because I had not ordered magazines through them and he was rude and said he would send it to collections and hung up on me.

I do not have a magazine subscription. The only magazines I read are the WatchTower and the Awake I want them to stop calling me. I have NEVER had a magazine subscription They have the wrong person.
