This scam artist prays on families going through the probate process after the loss of a loved one. Jake claims that he can sell estate assets even without the permission of the probate court. He is a con artist and a complaint has been filed with his local police department. Stay FAR away from this con artist. He tracks people down by social media, phone calls and emails. He does not take no for an answer. |
