This A**hole has been harassing my family for months. He keeps asking for "John" when there is not a John who lives here. Then he says my last name as if he knows who I am. Here is a message for you guy: If you don't stop calling my home and harassing my family, the only calls you will be wishing you could make will be to 911.

Unwanted calls from this San Jose cell number were received both on Aug. 26 and today. In both instances, when the answering machine picked up, the caller responded with dead silence. This is the tactic of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who incessantly troll the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize. Posters report the perpetrator is C & H Construction, an alleged scam contractor (probably unlicensed). Telecriminals like this are reason you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.

Called & said "I wanna give you an estimate". I said "no" & hung up. The same number called back several times in a row after that! We blocked the number on our phone -- but he still tried a couple of times after that. Jerk!

Called and identified itself as C+H construction and said they would be over tomorrow to discuss estimates for a job. I said I had none, don't know them, and don't call me again.
