This is an Indian job recruiter, called IDC Technologies, located in Milpitas/ San Jose, California. Their "recruiters" continue to call me about out-of-state jobs that don't match my skills. I have told them that I will not do business with them and stop calling, yet they continue to call. I'm not sure why they can't take "no" for answer.
