Repeated call. Does not leave a message. We are also on the “do not call list”, which is frustrating at their own inability to police inappropriate calls!

Constant calls throughout the morning. Answered one time and said nothing. It was dead air silence and then the call disconnected with the other party saying anything. Blocked number.

Finally, after many attempts I got a real person - Kevin - I will give him credit for listening until I was done with my complaint - I managed to avoid questionable language, but told him that I found it unconscionable what his employer was doing and that this number "is a known number" with numerous complaints against it - "how can you work for a company like this?", etc. He kept apologizing and continued to claim that they "are legit" and "do a good job" at improving "Company Reputations"...

I am on DNC list and use robo-blocking, but they got thru. Tried to call them back and found it useless. Annoyed these kind of "businesses" cannot be held accountable for the pain they cause... I understand that Mpower was bought, but then things seem "fuzzy" at best. Assume they also "clone" true origin number to this, but that is above my paygrade. When I called "they" said my business has "bad reputation" which they can fix... lol
