This was YET ANOTHER automated robo-call about refinancing student loans. They LITERALLY called me 15 minutes earlier! I pressed 2 to talk to a person and I almost screamed for her to give me her name and company name. She trying asking me about my student loan and finally said her name was Kendra. Then she said she was with the National Student Help Center. I asked for her address and she hung up. When the previous lady called (again, about 15 minutes earlier), she gave me this address and website: 26970 Maple St Sacramento, CA studentloans.org They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
