This was yet another illegal automated robo-call: "The is an important message regarding your federal student loan being serviced by NelNet..." I hung up. From October to November, they called me literally every weekday, sometimes twice a day. They haven't called since Nov 22 and I thought they were done, but the calls are starting again.I don't have student loan debt to refinance, so I highly suspect this is a scam. A previous caller told me their address is: National Student Help Center 26970 Maple St Sacramento, CA www.studentloans.org The BBB website lists them as: (855) 258-6488 The Student Loan Help Center 2660 Cypress Ridge Blvd STE 101 Wesley Chapel, FL 33544-6324 I have consulted with 2 attorneys about this issue, but both of them said there's nothing they can do since this company doesn't have a real physical address. They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
