I pressed 2 to be taken off their list, but I doubt it will help since every time they call, they threaten it's my last chance. As usual, the robo-call said this is truly my final offer to refinance my student loan debt with "NelNet". Their calls started in Jan 2017 and continue, even though I've told them numerous times to stop calling me and I will not do business with them.
