They've been calling me literally every weekday for the past 2 weeks about my "final offer". They *LITERALLY* called me 10 minutes after I finished reporting their previous phone call! As before, I pressed 1 to talk to an operator, but was disconnected. A previous caller told me their address is: National Student Help Center 26970 Maple St Sacramento, CA www.studentloans.org The BBB website lists them as: (855) 258-6488 The Student Loan Help Center 2660 Cypress Ridge Blvd STE 101 Wesley Chapel, FL 33544-6324 They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
