This was yet another illegal, automated robo-call: a guy's voice saying "This is an important message about your student loan being financed by WellNet". I hung up. But they're now literally calling me every single day with different phones numbers, which makes it hard to block. They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
