This was an automated, illegal, robo-call about lowering my credit card interest rate (though it wasn't the usual "Hi, this is Rachel from cardholder services"). I pressed 1 to speak to an operator, then the robo-call kept going. Then I pressed 1 again. I was connected to a guy with an Indian guy who said "thank you for contacting card services", then there was some static, then the line disconnected. I got some information from a previous caller: Their address: 247 Green Wood Dragon Atlanta, GA 34875 The called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
