Called today Id read unavailable did not recognize the number 1 351 041-5094 believe they are scammers

called to tell me he was my oldest grandson and was in jail and needed money for bail. told him I was broke and could not do a thing. He was not my grandson and I know about this scam. He really needs to be put in jail to see how it really is !!!!!!!!

I screen all unknown calls with my answering machine an never answer them. This caller did not leave a message and hung up. Other sites report calls from this number as saying things like "Hi, Grandma" and end up by asking for money because of some "problem" they are having. This seems to be targeting Senior citizens. I know not to fall for these scams but a lot of seniors in my area have fallen for this. The White Pages said this is NOT a valid area code.

I just received a call on my landline from a girl pretending to be my granddaughter asking me how I was doing. I told her I was doing fine. She then proceeded to tell me that what she was going to tell me was going to be between her and me only, and that I was not to share it with anybody. She was at a friend's house and on the way home she was involved in a car accident and needed for me to send her some money. I asked what her last name was to verify that it was my granddaughter, but upon that she hung up the phone. My caller ID indicated (351) 041-5094 and Name: Unavailable.

Received call from female saying "hi grandpa", when asked "whats your name"? she hung up. OBVIOUS SCAM.

My Mom received a call, caller claimed to be her grandson saying he was involved in a fight, was injured and he needed bail money. Scam!

Same as above, someone calling to be my mom's son saying they'd been in a car wreck and their attorney would be calling...

Just received a call from this number and he said Hi Grandma. It's a scam. I tried calling back the number and of course you can't get through! POS

My mother has twice received a phone call from an imposter pretending to be her grandson. The caller says he's been hurt and needs money.
