This number calls my husband job daily wanting money we do not owe

I just received a call from the same number no voicemail thou....if your not in my phone I am not answering unless you leave me a message. For what I see on the comments it is a scam!!!!!

They have been calling my number and employer. I will be filling charges against them if this don't stop. I don't owe no one anything.

Same thing happened to me. Called saying I owe money on an old payday loan that I don't remember having. Said I can pay 1/3 of what I owe to avoid litigation. Would not validate debt. Called American Web Loan who they say is the company I owe and they don't have an account in my name. Total SCAMMERS!!

Scammer call, they would file complain against me if I don't give an information. Totally scammer.

I just received a call from 336-663-0308 on caller id. They left me a message to call 270-216-4301 in regards to a complaint against me and was about to take legal action against me. When I called, they said that their company name is Compliance Recovery Service......so I googled it!!!! Nothing came up with that company name. Others similar, but not CRS! I supposedly had some cash advance loans back in 2010 with American Web Loan that I had not paid on and was trying to get $1600 out of me for 2 loans. They were going to knock down what I "owe" and wanted me to pay $150/month for the next 6 months. Hell no!!! Said that I paid on one back in 2016 but stopped. Nicole Marshall who I was speaking with kept putting me on hold for long periods of time, which was odd. After the third time of being on hold for a while, I hung up and I called American Web Loan and they couldn't find my information in their system at all. I'm pissed!!! And to think, I was about to give them my card information so I can clear up this issue because a long time ago I did take out a cash advance loan, but not for the amount they are wanting.

This same contact for a kentucky # has called me several times in the past 3 years and no have an associated # 336-663-0308 caller id and leaving a message for me to call a Kentucky # 270-216-4301. reporting that I am under investigation and need to comply with calling the Kentucky # or loose my right to protest the charge with the plaintiff. This was a scam from the same person under a different company.
