I received a call and man said he was trying to give me a refund. I accused him of being a scam. I advised him Microsoft did not call their customers. He said he didn't say he was from Microsoft. He told me to go to my computer. I advised him I was not going to let him in my computer. He asked if I wanted to loose access to my computer. I advised him I thought he was a scam. Do not call my number again, remove it from your call list. In the earlier portion of the call he said he was from the Refund Dept. of CZONE Solutions. I had to keep asking for his name,company he was with and phone number. I recognize 334 as being an Alabama area code. I said, 'You are in Alabama?'. He said yes. I don't have caller I.D. on my home phone. I checked *69 for last call received. Touch Star could not, would not provide me any information.
