In both instances, when the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. This (probably unlicensed) scam contractor can't seem to find an honest way to earn a living. Even the venerable website www.whitepages.com describes his number as "scam or fraud." Avoid this shyster!
