Another unwanted call from this Los Angeles VOIP number arrived today, less than 3 months since the last unwanted call in April. Once again, when the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. The predator has been flagged as a scam contractor (probably unlicensed), who also phones from (323) 209-3285. The venerable website www.whitepages.com describes both numbers as "scam or fraud."

Caller indicated he was a contractor. I indicated no need for a contractor. He started yelling at me stating I was rude, was I that rude to all my callers. I hung up. This is someone who has called me before with the same tirade. I will not answer at all next time.

Rude, scam asking for the owner, be careful they will insult you for no reason up to the point to cuss you out for no reason my recommendation no pint on letting them know you are not interested just hang up.
