I was on my cellphone using google when I got the call from this number 319 674-6161 which was a recorded message supposedly from Microsoft. This is a scam. I did not call them back

I have several phone calls from this number asking to call because my Microsoft account was at risk of miss use and to lost all my information. I didn't call back but getting tire of this privacy violation at home and mobile phone.

I received a call today, 7/11/2018 at 6:04 p.m., CST and did not answer but a computer voice stated someone was trying to access my computer and I should call them back at this number to access their security team. Windows/Microsoft do NOT monitor home computers and I have blocked this number from calling me again.

Microsoft doesn't call your phone to report compromised security and/or possible security breaches. If they call the home # and the cell # simultaneously they have access to information that contains your phone numbers. It doesn't mean they have searched your computer and have found that your Microsoft security is in danger of a breach.

Didn't answer but the left message that I'm using MS Windows and my computer is not safe. Said to call them back at the same number to speak with their security team. Guessing they want to sell some anti-virus or other program. Not sure if it's a scam since they give you the number to call back but it's an unwanted call none the less.

Scam....I didn't answer but they left a message. I also got a message saying if I use Microsoft windows I am at risk of having my identity stolen. My son works for Microsoft & confirmed this was a scam.

I got a call on my landline and my cell phone at the exact same time stating they were from Microsoft and wanted to protect my computer. It freaked me out that they were able to dial both my home and cellular number at the same time.

Pretended they were from Microsoft and needed to access my computer. JERKS!

Just got a call from 319 674 6161 caller ID Idea Marketing. Didn't pick up the phone. From previous notes it is a scam.

My husband and I receive calls from this number on our cell phones at exactly the same time stating risk of identity theft if using Microsoft windows.

I also got a message saying if I use Microsoft windows I am at risk of having my identity stolen.

Left message about possible Microsoft compromise. Sounded like a possible scam.
