Bothersome calls. Either hijack attempts or a $ scam

When you answer, they say who it is so quick you can't understand them. I didn't say anything until they asked "can you hear me clearly?" I tell them No, they then hang up on me. They call at least 3 times a week, same thing every time.

This number began calling about a week ago. I first ignored the call, not knowing someone from Hamilton that would be calling. I answered last week finally and was greeted with the silent tone until some was available to speak to me. I hung up, if you're not available to speak to me when you dial my number, you must not need to speak to me that badly.
