Caller claimed to be calling from my mortgage company but had no information other than my name and mortgage company name; he claimed his computer system was slow or down and needed my account number to access my account and check the details in order to possibly lower my payment. I did not provide my account number and told him I didnt feel safe disclosing that information and he could call me back at a later time or date when his computer was working, he got mad and told me he needed my account number, that I should read him my info off of my mortgage statement. I said no, he became rude and I hung up.
