Dead space on answering machine

An unwanted call from this invalid (obviously spoofed) number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) often spoof their numbers to avoid being apprehended by law enforcement authorities while trolling the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize. Two days ago, a call from a similar spoofed number (310) 011-1410 arrived, accompanied by a male voice with a Middle Eastern accent who asked for the resident, then hung up. Are these two numbers run by the same scam artists? Inquiring minds want to know. DO NOT BE VICTIMIZED BY THESE TELECRIMINALS. LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR CALLS.
