They said it was VISA but the call was very sketchy. The woman wanted to know if I had a zero rate or why I hadn’t responded to mail sent to an old address. If this woman was actually a representative of VISA, shouldn’t she know what my interest rate was? I promptly notified VISA of this call and this woman’s unprofessional behavior. |
