Indian pharmaceutical telemarketing. Capital One's credit card division is famous for outsourcing it's call centers to India & the customer phone numbers are sold on the black market. Capital One is behind the credit cards for: Kohls; Neiman Marcus; Hudson's Bay Company (they also used to have Best Buy). |
