Received a call from this number claiming to be from MEDSTAR, a local hospital system. After I spoke, there was a click, then an Indian who spoke broken English came on the line. Claimed he has been trying to reach me. Clearly, this phone number is not MEDSTAR. The phone# was spoofed and according to Whitepages.com belongs to a 60+ year old person's landline in MD. This was most likely an illegal attempt to commit fraud, phishing and or scam me. |
