Live male human, claims to be from Comcast Business, called my business. We don't have Comcast. I told him this and that we don't have time to talk to salespeople. he insisted he wasn't a salesperson and demanded to speak to the owner. I told him she didn't have time to talk to salespeople either and not to call back. He then became verbally abusive--screaming at me, calling me names, telling me I don't "have the right to decide if [he] gets to talk to the owner," at which point I informed him that actually, deciding who gets to talk to the owner is part of my job description. He hung up. He called back about 5 minutes later with the same script, again became verbally abusive when I told him I would not put him through to the owner and to stop calling, and hung up when I threatened to report him to the FTC. He called back a third time but hung up as soon as he realized he was talking to me. Probably safe to say this guy is not calling from Comcast.
