called stating that I had contract with Best Buy and the service contract on my computer could no longer be fulfilled and they needed to refund $300 and they were going to post on my computer screen - the call came from #267-111-2322 and there were repeated calls with directions to punch #1 and a fellow answers saying to turn on the computer and giving the information that the service contract was being cancelled and a refund was being made - have seen that number on the caller ID numerous times and only answered the calls twice today

The message they left was so garbled and noisy was hard to understand. they wanted me to return their call. NO WAY. could be scam.

These people called me from this number and pretending to be a computer repair company. They said they couldn't continue with the online service and they would like to return $200 to me. I was a fool and went through the steps for them to connect yo my computer the they took over my computer and locked me out, not I can't log in to computer. The person that called me knew my name and so I thought I could trust them. I will never trust anyone one again that wants to connect to my computer. I will never call back to anyone that says they want to give me money, refunds.
