fake number. the call back is in a different state… Getting calls all over about a phantom debt. I offer my closeout letter proving it was paid years back. They refuse to receive it and then They switch numbers and continue calling as if they are a different agency. But same message on voicemail. Funny thing is last month they said they had won a ruling against me. Today the guy says they will serve me on the debt matter, so you DON’T have a ruling… These people harass my wife and mother too.
