Robocall claiming I have fraudulent information on my social security number and to call 254-647-7842 before legal proceedings are filed. The # is blocked from my caller ID and is most likely a spoofed #, as this robocall is VOIP and has come from other #'s around the country. You can block the #, but all they'll do is spoof another #. Do not call this # back, as it is a scam to get your SSN and other personal details for stealing your identity. Also, report it to the Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov). |
