This is a number associated with a front (school) in Australia (araratwestps.vic.edu.au/) in Victoria, that is soliciting for interest in selling a timeshare. they phish for your info, (email that you provide) then the next contact says they have a contract for your timeshare but the deal can't go through until you send funds to an escrow account in Mexico. Why would a school want your timeshare??? why would funds go to Mexico??? Total scam. Their affiliates that are doing the same thing is kaleencubbyhouse.act.edu.au. and universitesms.ac.ma/ in Moracco. They both are targeting anyone with a US phone number. This particular number has 4 people saying they own the number, and they are using all 3 of the websites listed above.
