Have been receiving a call from this number about twice a week and everytime I answer, no one is on the other line. They don't leave voicemails either so I've blocked this number. |

I answered this call. The caller had thick accent and said that they were calling from my car insurance about my payment. I told her that she was not calling from my car insurance, hung up and blocked the number. She said the name was Quality insurance. |
