Holly left a message that said it was time to review our account with AT&T. I called her back, and she answered the phone, "Hello, this is Holly". Red flag. I said I was was returning her call in which she claimed to work for AT&T. She laughed and said, "No, we're actually AGENTS for AT&T, for the last 27 years." I told her that I have an actual AT&T employee for my account rep, and that I dislike the fact that AT&T apparently still gives out my contact information to "agents". I told her not to call again.

Holly called to schedule a review of our phone service. I told her she'd have to leave a message. She gave me her name and phone number. When I asked what company she is with she said Utility Telecom and they work with our provider, Comcast. We don't use Comcast here. Total scam.
