they called saying I applied for a payday loan which I never did. Started threatening me at work and harassing me w/ threats of garnishing my paycheck and filing lawsuit. So I told them "go ahead" and I would wait for the paperwork so I can appear in front of the judge. no response...then they called 6 months later with the same threats. I have had it...I am done w/ these threats. these calls need to stop

This number called today and left threatening voicemail saying files were been filed with my local law enforcement and that I had until the end of the day to reply. When I called back and started asking questions the woman started mumbling her words and than preceded to hang up. I called again demanding information and asked for a supervisor. After around 5 more hang ups a different woman answers the phone and stated that I'm out of line and that I'm a bad debtor and that I am scamming them. I laughed and told them I would be following up with law enforcement. Made a complaint to my county attorneys office.

They got me for $ 356.55 Brandy at that number. Have to get new debit card

A voicemail was left stating there were several complaints against me. I called back, asked what online web company did I use in 2013 regarding this debt, Ms. Carter couldn't tell me. Stated I owed $438 for the original loan but if it went to court then it would be $1,000. Allocation Processing is the company she stated she worked for. I asked for documentation to be sent to me and she couldn't do it. "I can't help, but feel this is a scam" I told Ms. Carter. Her voice became very jumpy and told me she will have to disconnect the call and get myself a lawyer. Spoken to several people and was told if this was real wait for the court summons then address it. Never give CC info over the phone.

Called saying I owed them money from 2010. Sounded convincing except I never have gotten any pay day loans. They do collect info somehow. BEWARE

They called me stating there was several judgements against me. They were giving me 24 hours to contact them. They were going to contact my place of employment and get my current address.

This number 219-318-1200 called my home today while i was at work. Told my 84 yr old disabled father i was being investigated by the FBI. My father was so upset and worried. then a few hours later they called my mother in another state, stating again they were looking for me and I was being investigated and threaten her about where i was.

It was debt collector scam.

Abusive scammers. Please file complaint with FTC online or simply call. It doesnt take long and it is the only way to stop these people. After receiving calls from them ( using their previous phone # 804 482-4021)for months, posing as a law firm threatening me with local law enforcement I finally blocked them. But then they picked up a new number 219 318-1200 and continued where they left off. I called them and informed them that I was going to contact authorities and I was told I needed mental health counseling and out of nowhere started to verbally abuse me regarding my mother. Bizarre. I told him my mother was deceased and he responded by telling me he was glad she was dead. O.K. ENOUGH! Filled a complaint with the FTC. If they get enough complaints they will act. They have been doing this for too long, possibly years per my research. The pattern is clear, dozens of victims have taken the time to record their experiences with these callers. There has been reference to Allocation Assessment Services and Vietilink Global in comments relating these businesses these numbers. I do not know if this is credible information. I do wish to express that we are victims of these scammers regardless of whether or not they were successful in stealing our identity/ personal information. It is stressful to have people call you, threaten you and/or your loved ones, and state horrifically cruel statements about my beloved deceased mother. Incidentally, they may be violating federal law by posing as a law firm and/or authority.
