I just received a text from this number saying his name is David. Poorly written, asked me for rates etc for a wedding party and if I take CC. I said yes, then he said he needs a favor. The band for his event doesn't take credit card... Scam.

As with the other comments above, I received a poorly texted message asking if I do hairstyles and gave their name as Hamilton. With so much scamming going on, I always Google numbers if they are unknown or a little "fishy". This one came up with red flags. I did not engage in conversation, but may call our local sheriff's office to see if they want to follow up.

Same situation as the others on here. I received a poorly-worded and grammatically incorrect text from “Hamilton” asking if I “do Hairstyles?” It seemed odd, so I looked up the number and found this page before responding. I’m curious as to how he would have tried to scam me, but I’m thankful that I saw the other reviews on here beforehand!

Same thing here about a wedding with a party of 8 and a driver would deliver them to and the date of the wedding could be changed if i needed it to to accommodate there needs. It's a scam.

It’s a scam! Asked about my services for 8 people. Just didn’t seem right. He didn’t answer my questions like dates times who what when etc.... then calls me at 5am...

We received texts also inquiring about the services we offered. Wanted something done to his home but he was out of state having lung surgery. He wanted us to run 2 different credit card transactions. One for the actual work and another to send to the initial owner to get the keys to do the work since he owed them money. Reported to our loca sheriff office and he said scam!!!!!

Asked about services and cc payments too. All communication via text. Wasn’t able to meet, couldn’t talk over phone, wasn’t in the state and so on. Seemed like a scam.

I received a text from this number, with obvious language problems, asking about services i offered. When asked a bout services required, I was asked about credit card payments.

someone texted me yesterday asking about the services I offer and how much I charge and what kinda credit card I take, estimate of total amount for 3 people for 5 weeks. once I said this sounds like a scam i didn't hear from that person. I had a similar email and another text from another person or same for all I know. I told them they can come to my office and didn't hear back.
