They called asking for one name. Then they said they were the department of health and human services and looking for a different name. Then they wanted my primary care physician's name. I said they don't need it and they tried to BS me. Hung up. |

Called saying they were Health and Human services. Called from a PA number, but the address they had was an address in AZ, from several years ago. They wanted my address and PCP, I gave them fake ones just to see, and they typed it in and accepted. I hung up after that. |
