I picked it up, said hello, and then an (illegal) automated robo-call started... in Chinese! The message said about 3 sentences, then stopped, then repeated the message. Since it was in Chinese, I had no idea if I was supposed to press a number to speak to an operator or if pressing a number would connect me to a Chinese operator. They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List. |
