It said I was being taken to court for what they were considering intentional fraud against the U.S. government. I know I have not committed fraud against the government or anyone. When I called back, one number was disconnected and the other number just rang and rang.

We have tried to contact you in previous 6 months but we never got any response from you. So, it has been considered intentional fraud and lawsuit has been filed under your name by the United States Government. You may call our department number 206-278-2155, I repeat it's 206-278-2155, for more information before we download the case into the courthouse. Thank you."
