claimed to be PSEG that your service will be cut off due to non payment

Scam robocall about PSEG account. Wants a call back to prevent disconnection 203 427 0619. Not PSEG service area for originating call

A robocall regarding unpaid PSE&G ( Electric ) Bill to CONTACT them or WILL turn off power. Since I am not their present customer, I called back to make sure they did not do this dastardly deed for whoever an African American sounding male answered " PSE&G billing services ", as soon as he found out I was not a customer ( he gave his name as DEVIN CARTER ) he hung up.When I re-redialed would not answer.( 2 times but kept connected). I used ANOTHER phone and another African sounding female named IMMEDIATELY answered and gave her name as 'Arden' and said it is PSE&G. When I asked if it is a scam a heavy throated African male came on ( she must have called him over) and spoke weirdly and 'Click' The background was so noisy with their racket and and sounded like a PBS fund collection drive but foreign. They mean to hurt a lot of people. ANATHEMA.
