This number texted and it reads: My name in all Caps, We have an important matter in our office that directly concerns you. Call us at 210-441-7894 immediately. Outgoing text only.

this is a text message. it says..THE PERSON NAME in bold letters then it states. This message contains sensitive information. Your balance in our office is overdue and you may be subject to additional fees. Please contact your representative immeditatly at 210-441-7894. this is for outgoing text ONLY.

Why text from one state on the East Coast but require you to call a state on the West Coast? You call private and they don't answer. Scam? Seems like it.

Received 16 December and more cryptic this time: "you. In order to help we must speak with you today at 915-642-7129." Do not respond to this text and never call that number.

Text targeting my phone for "Joseph Gregg" who needs to call back on 915-642-7128 on an "urgent matter." The text is a new twist, as robot calls on my cell are blocked after every attempt. Voice mail is a robot with "Joseph Gregg" inserted in the threatening consequences of not calling a number (and it's always a different number). Scam/spam/sham. DNR? NOPE!

received text saying "we have an urgent matter in our office that directly concerns you. in order to help we must speak with you today" I replied stop and received an auto-reply, "empire capital network llc: you have opted out and will no longer receive messages from this service". Seems this LLC is selling "debt" to collections agencies however are going out on a limb and assuming the phone number is correct. If I owe something, I'll wait for something in the mail rather than a random text message.

Documentation which has been mailed went unanswered after 30 days. an agent is available ti=o discuss this with you today at 325-238-8824 however our client wishes to proceed with these claims against you. if you believe this is a mistake or you've already made a payment please call and we will rectify the matter. we do not respond via text."

Texted me telling me to call a number to make payment or further action will be taken. No company name or balance. Scam!
