I’m so glad I looked this number up, I’m so glad I missed the call. I tried calling the number back but it was busy. What? An automated bot (Anne Thomas) so called 1424 agent left a message to call back 202-926-2853 with a validation code 100120 they provided me with. Get this, that wasn’t even the number they called me from. I guess when I tried calling back the 202 number They called me back an hour later from a totally different number. This is Totally FAKE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!! I usually get a call directly from my school AND an email from the U.S Department of Education if there are or were any changes to my loan so will you. Call your school when in dout. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!! |
