I received a call from them stating that I won $9,700 a government grant and the reason I am receiving this money is because I'm not a criminal, I don't have a record and I haven't filed bankruptcy in the past 6 months. Also he mentioned out of all the people in my area only 1700 was selected to get the Grant and 870 has already collected they're just waiting on me smh lol. But in order to receive the money I must go to Western Union and pay $250 I'll get that money back is just a processing fee. I told them I received money from the government before, and what they did was.....they mailed me out a check no fee no dealings with Western Union. I told him I believe this is a scam and if money is owed to me I will receive it if it's not I won't get it,  I then hung up the phone. He called me back and says don't worry about the 250 and you had a crisis in your life (the passing of my mom) I will do is still send you the check for all you have to do is do phone sex with me......we argued then I hung up the phone again. he continue to call me back to back 10 times I had to block his phone number a the original color started calling me I had to block that number too. They had a foreign accent, like they were of Asian descent. The first phone number was 202-202-9222 The second phone number the guy that wanted phone sex was 202-657-6648.
