Caller ID stated Jersey City, NJ, 11:26 AM 10/27/17, 201-743-8181. I picked up the phone and said nothing. A man, kept saying hello, hello. I stayed silent and then he hung up 20 seconds later. |

Caller acts as if he knows you and asks if you're home and when you respond he hangs up. Possibly checking to see if someone is home so he can perpetrate a burglary |
